HYATT ZIVA CANCUN is a WHF favorite. We absolutely love this hotel. The vibe and customer service is unmatched. Its a family friendly property and has something to satisfy everyone. 

Con(s): Mediocre food in most restaurants. 

PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS

  • Location is exceptional. Located in Cul de Sac in downtown Cancun. Everything is walkable. Close to bus stops.

  • Best Vibe. It is genuinely a "feel good" property. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves

  • Onsite brewery. BEST Lemon Pepper Wings in Bar

  • Swim Up Suites are a MUST. Turquoise Tower - Master Swim Out King Suite is AAAAAWESOME. My fav room

  • Jetskiing and Parasailing directly behind property.

HARD ROCK CANCUN is a good time. It is a boutique sized hotel located in the hotel zone. The vibe is fun. The drinks are top notch. The staff is helpful and well trained in English. They utilize their space efficiently. The lobby bar is crazy fun. Bartenders and entertainment staff are amazing. If you want to party, you've found a home.

Con(s):  No Swim Out room option. Maybe too noisy for some.

PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS

  • Best pool scene and animators. Bartenders are fantastic.

  • Bus stop directly in front of property

  • ATM that dispenses US $. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE FEES YOU ARE AGREEING TOO!!

OMG best describes SECRETS MOXCHEe. OMG the food is amazing. OMG the views are breathtaking. OMG the service is unbelievable. OMG it is so peaceful and comforting. OMG AMResorts really leveled up. It's a sexy adults only property. 

Con(s) Need better night life options. Would greatly benefit from enhancing pool activity for a couple of hours 

PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS

  • Man made cenotes. private areas around the property. Fresh water pool

  • Preferred Club. Worth the price increase for roof top pool restaurant. 

  • Dinner Theater and entertainment is FUNTASTIC. I loved it.
